In accordance with the law no. 93/2007 Electronic Signature Law, the Qualified Electronic Certificates which will be used to create Secured Electronic Signature can be obtained with application from ECSP`s (Electronic Certificate Service Provider) which notified to Information Technologies and Communication Authority.
How can you apply for Secured Electronic Signature?
Pay for the Secured Electronic Signature bundle you want to buy.
The selected e-sign bundle is delivered to applicant by e-sign CYPRUS depending on the ID verification and installation method you chose when filling online application form.
If ID control at the address and installation services are preferred, after you get Secured Electronic Signature bundle, an e-sign CYPRUS staff will visit you in your address at a mutually decided time. Then, he/she checks your ID and performs the installation process of your Secured Electronic Signature.
If ID control at the address and installation services are not preferred, Secured Electronic Signature bundle will be prepared and sent to your delivery address after you sent the documents mentioned in the application form to e-sign CYPRUS.
How can you renew your Secured Electronic Signature?
After the payment is done, contact e-sign CYPRUS through phone (+90 392 2255260) while Secured Electronic Signature Generating Tool (e-token) is plugged into your computer. Then, technical support team will perform the renewal on the phone.

After the installation, you create your password and you can start to use your Secured Electronic Signature.

Your password is sent to you via email or SMS.

When the installation is finished, you can start to use your Secured Electronic Signature with a personal password.
